PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

New construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Chatham, Ontario. The buildings is 102,330-square-foot, three-story above grade that will house 160 beds. The building is to be constructed of masonry bearing walls, precast concrete floor and roof slabs, with masonry veneer, and exterior siding finishes.
