PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project scope includes the addition of a standard single (high school size) gymnasium at 8000 sq. ft. (attached to the existing pool corridor), gym hardwood sports flooring , folding divider partition, dry changerooms at 620 sq. ft., (for male and female combined), gymnasium storage at 280 sq. ft., and a new multipurpose room at 730 sq. ft. Retrofit and renovation within the existing building includes a renovated and expanded administration space at 1,570 sf, new customer service space at 690 sf, new universal washroom, and retrofit of an existing preschool room, to make it more of a multi-purpose space.
