PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Disconnect and remove existing mechanical equipment unit (“ME3”), Disconnect and relocate existing mechanical equipment unit (“ME2”) and installation of new (“ME3”) unit to existing loading dock roof. Complete roof and wall penetrations to existing building. Provide structural reinforcing, new equipment curbs and roofing to receive relocated and new mechanical units. Provide all connections, start-ups, etc.
