Carlo is a finance and accounting professional with over 20 years of progressive experience. Prior to joining Corebuild Construction Ltd., he was CFO at Accuworx Group of Companies, CFO at Canadian Veterinary Network dba Vet Strategy, and VP of Finance and Corporate Controller for GFL Environmental Inc. During his tenure at these firms, he was actively involved in over 30 M&A transactions and subsequent integrations. Prior to GFL, he was Regional Controller for Metro Supply Chain Group for four years and held various analyst and managerial positions at Loblaw Companies Ltd. for seven years.

Carlo is a seasoned CFO with an appetite for market innovators, start-up and high growth companies, backed by forward thinking entrepreneurs and investors. He is detail orientated and not afraid to roll up his sleeves while managing several direct reports and projects simultaneously. Carlo is actively involved in the community and is currently the Treasurer of the Aurora Youth Soccer Club, a not-for-profit organization that delivers recreational and competitive soccer programs to over 2,000 members.
